Partner Programme Terms
Effective 24 July 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
By applying, accessing the partner portal, using a referral link or code, or promoting Halocore Labs, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, have authority to enter this agreement, and comply with the laws and platform rules that apply where you publish and where your audience is located. Participation is non-exclusive and is not employment, agency, franchising, or a joint venture.
2. Regional approval
Applications are assessed separately for the United States, Singapore, and Malaysia. Approval in one region does not authorise promotion or commission attribution in another. Halocore may approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or revoke regional access where reasonably required for compliance, brand safety, fraud prevention, operational risk, or breach of these Terms.
3. Referral attribution
Each partner receives a unique code and approved regional links. Attribution depends on the code being valid for the order region and being captured or entered at checkout. Attribution may be unavailable when customers change devices or browsers, clear storage, use another code, or where fraud, technical failure, or conflicting attribution is identified. A partner-selected code is subject to availability, format and reserved-name controls and is locked after confirmation so published links remain stable. Partners must not manipulate cookies, self-refer without written permission, purchase through their own links, or interfere with another partner’s attribution.
4. Qualified commissions
A displayed amount is not earned or payable until the underlying order is paid, valid, outside applicable review or refund controls, and accepted by Halocore as a qualified transaction. Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, duplicate, fraudulent, test, self-referred, unauthorised-region, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify. Halocore may reverse, offset, withhold, or correct commissions tied to such transactions.
5. Commission rates and changes
Rates are set by region and shown in the dashboard. Halocore may change future rates with notice through the portal or email. Unless correction is required, rate changes do not reduce commission already recorded for a previously paid qualified order. Dashboard estimates may be adjusted during review. Halocore may also assign a customer referral-discount rate by partner and region. Discounts apply only to products marked discountable at checkout; excluded products remain full price. Unless the dashboard expressly states otherwise, commission is calculated from the eligible order value after the customer referral discount.
6. Payouts and final programme accounting
Payouts require an approved balance, valid payout details, identity or fraud checks where requested, and completion of any applicable waiting period. Processing times depend on the payout method and third parties. Subject to applicable law, Halocore’s transaction records and good-faith determination are final for programme accounting, commission eligibility, reversals, and payout amounts, except for manifest error. A partner must raise a specific written dispute within 30 days of the relevant dashboard entry or payout decision. Halocore may hold payment while investigating fraud, chargebacks, legal restrictions, sanctions, tax requirements, or breach of these Terms.
7. Taxes and payout information
Partners are responsible for their own tax registration, reporting, invoices, declarations, and liabilities. Halocore may request tax or identity information and may withhold amounts where legally required. Partners must keep payout and contact details accurate.
8. Advertising disclosures
Every promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose the commercial relationship in the post, video, stream, article, or message itself, using plain language appropriate to the platform and audience. A profile-only disclosure, buried hashtag, referral code, or “partner” label alone may be insufficient. Partners must use the same language as the promotion and any platform disclosure tools required by that platform.
9. Research-use and prohibited claims
Products must be presented only within Halocore’s approved research-use positioning. Partners must not provide dosage, administration, self-use, human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice; claim that a product treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates a condition; promise weight loss, body transformation, sexual, cognitive, longevity, or other outcomes; fabricate testimonials; target minors; or make claims not contained in approved current materials. Partners may not present themselves as clinicians or authorised Halocore representatives unless separately authorised in writing.
10. Brand assets and intellectual property
Approved portal assets are licensed on a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive basis solely to promote approved Halocore offerings during active participation. Partners may resize assets proportionally but must not alter colours, marks, product presentation, legal wording, or create confusing domains, accounts, paid-search terms, or identities. All goodwill belongs to Halocore.
11. Published-content submissions
Partners must submit requested public post or video URLs through the portal and keep them accessible for review. Submission grants Halocore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, internally archive, reproduce for compliance, and—only with any additional permission required by law—repost the submitted content. Halocore may request correction or removal of non-compliant content. Review status does not constitute legal approval or endorsement of every statement in the content.
12. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes spam, impersonation, misleading redirects, bidding on protected brand terms without permission, coupon or code leakage, false scarcity, unlawful data collection, incentivised traffic not approved in writing, bots, cookie stuffing, unauthorised sub-affiliates, harassment, discriminatory content, and any activity that creates regulatory, payment, platform, or reputational risk.
13. Monitoring, suspension, and termination
Halocore may monitor links and submitted public content, request evidence, suspend attribution or payouts during investigation, and terminate participation for breach, inactivity, risk, legal requirements, or programme closure. On termination, promotional use of Halocore assets must stop. Valid undisputed commissions already earned remain subject to these Terms; fraudulently generated or ineligible amounts are forfeited or reversed to the extent permitted by law.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The programme, portal, tracking, assets, and estimates are provided on an “as available” basis. Halocore does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, approval, earnings, audience response, or continued programme availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halocore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the programme. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes, privacy, and contact
Halocore may update these Terms for legal, operational, or programme changes and will identify the effective version. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Personal data is handled under the Partner Privacy Notice. Questions or disputes may be sent to partners@service.halocorelabs.com.
